At Botmitra, we provide official WhatsApp API services, digital onboarding, automation setup, and related technology services. Due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is defined as follows:

1. No Refund on Activated Services

Once the WhatsApp API is:

  • Approved by Meta
  • Activated
  • Assigned to the customer
  • Or any setup/configuration work has started

No refunds will be provided, as these services involve irreversible costs and third-party charges.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment is made but service is not initiated
  • WhatsApp API onboarding has not been submitted to Meta
  • Request is raised within 48 hours of payment

All eligible refunds are subject to internal verification.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • WhatsApp API setup fees
  • Meta conversation charges
  • Template approval charges
  • Account suspension due to policy violation
  • Services terminated due to misuse or non-compliance

4. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before onboarding begins. Once onboarding starts, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
